Real art is unique and cannot be replaced in the event of destruction. Climate change ♻️ and related natural events pose a growing risk to our cultural heritage.

We at ARTE Generali, together with Mazzini Lab Società Benefit and the Università per Stranieri di Perugia as well as the Donau-Universität Krems - Rechtswissenschaften und Internationale Beziehungen and the ITAM in the Czech Republic, aim to identify and reduce the negative impacts of climate change on cultural heritage.
 
✅ Natural events caused by climate change are increasingly affecting the cultural heritage of our society
✅ Transnational Erasmus+ project CHARISMA combines knowledge from different research fields to reduce risks to works of art
✅ Research creates a basis for training specialized risk managers in the field of art insurance
