Alberto Magni to Lead ARTE Generali’s Italian Operations, Taking the Baton from Italo Carli

ARTE Generali announces the appointment of Alberto Magni as Head of Italy from January 2026.

Alberto succeeds Italo Carli, who has been with ARTE Generali since its inception and played a key role in establishing the business in the Italian market.

He brings more than 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on fine art insurance programs. In 2007, Alberto created the Fine Art & Musical Instruments division at MAG Broker (formerly Marine & Aviation), where he led the Fine Arts segment until 2025. Over the course of his career, Alberto insured more than 1,500 exhibitions in Italy and across the globe.
